I was a little early for the cooking class on Saturday, so I walked around the block and checked out the Los Angeles Public Library. I've never been there. It is like a little oasis in the middle of downtown. I didn't get a big chance to explore much, but I did see this awesome bubbler.

Oh, I love Central Library, I have been spending lots of time there researching for my next book and I just love the look of the place too!
Judi--I'll have to go back there one of these days and really have a look around. I've heard they have a really good collection of old restaurant menus.
